Solo
In The Red
My Roles:
This was my first project that I fully scripted myself. Working and melding the script with my actors on shoot day was a huge learning experience and genuinely tons of fun. Blocking shooting locations, aligning schedules, and keeping track of many moving parts has sharpened my management skills.

My Roles:
My first solo final in university, this documentary represents a more serious angle of my filmmaking. Collecting and presenting the memories surrounding my grandfather was a deeply introspective experience for me. I learned a lot about the man, his dreams, and how to create a documentary that would immortalize those dreams for years to come.

The Scoop
My Roles:
This shoot was a tricky one. From arrival times to microphone issues to batteries, there was no lack of problems. Being adaptable and thinking outside the box allowed my team and I to gather the footage we needed to create this project. Our shoot stayed within the allotted time, and we covered everything we wanted to as we approached every problem with an open mind.
7 7 7
My Roles:
For this project, my team and I wanted to make something very abstract and out-there, so we settled on the idea of getting clips of groups of seven objects. The execution of the concept banked heavily on my editing to create the abstract, psychedelic feel we were going for. I learned a lot about working with the footage of others and matching camera specifications inside of Premiere this way.
